When Your Doubt Is Not Doubt | Scrupulosity & Religious OCD
0:46 Short
About this video
If your doubt will not stop no matter how many prayers you pray, it may not be doubt.
It may be scrupulosity - a form of OCD in which your faith becomes the content of the obsession. The International OCD Foundation reports that up to a third of people with OCD have some scrupulous symptoms.
Two things are true at once: the Gospel is real, and OCD is real. Faith and professional care are allies, not enemies.
