By accessing or using PraiseHim Club ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
To access most features of PraiseHim Club, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep your profile up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PraiseHim Club in accordance with our Community Guidelines. You may not use the Platform to: post content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing; distribute spam or unsolicited promotions; impersonate another person or entity; upload malicious software; violate any applicable law or regulation; or engage in any activity that disrupts the experience of other users.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on PraiseHim Club. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Platform as necessary to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to share it.
5. Intellectual Property
The PraiseHim Club name, logo, design, and original content are the property of PraiseHim Club and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
6. Church & Bible Study Listings
Church leaders and study organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. PraiseHim Club does not endorse or verify the theological positions of listed churches or study groups. Listings are subject to review and may be removed if they violate our guidelines.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive.
8. Disclaimers
PraiseHim Club is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated content, church listings, or any information shared on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PraiseHim Club and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months, if any.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of PraiseHim Club after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
