What does 1 Corinthians 15:20 say?
Pew Research Center (2021) found that 43% of U.S. adults say people in heaven can become angels. It’s a very common belief, and a comforting one.
But the Bible presents angels and humans as different kinds of beings, and the Christian hope is far better: the resurrection of real bodies, real people, made new (1 Corinthians 15:20). Martha didn’t get an explanation. She got Jesus.
