Peaceful Hearts: How to Avoid Satan's Deception Through Overcoming Strife

Greetings, my beloved children. Today, I come to you to talk about a topic that has caused much strife and division among you - the practice of strife. Strife is a tool that the devil uses to distract and divide us from our true focus on God. In this blog, I will explain how Satan uses strife to deceive us and how we can overcome it through prayer, scriptural guidance, and forgiveness.

Let us first turn to the Holy Scriptures for guidance. In James 3:16, it says: "For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice." This verse reminds us that strife can lead to disorder and can create an environment where evil can thrive. The devil uses strife to distract us from our true focus on God and to create division among us.

So, how can we protect ourselves from this deception? Firstly, we must pray. In Philippians 4:6-7, it says: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Through prayer, we can ask for forgiveness for our sins and seek guidance on how to avoid strife and division.

Secondly, we should turn to the Holy Scriptures for guidance. In Proverbs 17:14, it says: "Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam; so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out." This verse reminds us that it is better to avoid strife and to seek peace instead. The Bible provides us with guidance on how to live in harmony with one another and how to avoid creating an environment of strife.

Lastly, we should seek forgiveness and practice forgiveness towards others. In Matthew 6:14-15, it says: "For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins." Forgiveness is essential in avoiding strife and division. When we forgive others, we create an environment of love and understanding, which can help to overcome strife and to build stronger relationships with one another.

In conclusion, my beloved children, we must be mindful of the devil's attempts to use strife to distract and divide us from our true focus on God. Through prayer, guidance from the Scriptures, and forgiveness, we can protect ourselves from the devil's deception and live in harmony with one another. Let us pray together now, asking for forgiveness for our sins and for strength to overcome the temptation to engage in strife. May God bless you and keep you always in His loving embrace. Amen.
